When 63-year-old Ben Buyondo started having difficulty to pass urine, he was sure the only solution would be an operation as he had been told at Mulago hospital. This scared him. "One of my colleagues was down with so much pain as a result from a similar operation. He had been moving around with a catheter for some time," explains Buyondo.
