The Kgatleng District Council (KDC) has raised P14. 6 million for the Recurrent Budget for the financial year 2008/2009 to supplement the Revenue Support Grant of P115 million from the Ministry of Local Government, Gilbert Mangole, the head of the finance committee of the KDC told a Special Full Council Meeting last week Monday.
