Actually , nothing went wrong with Cynthia, but something went certainly wrong with the Rwanda Patriotic Front war machine. Those in RPF had hard to live in refugee camps for more than 30 years, so they had no mercy when they took the weapons agant their motherland,felloww brothers and sisters,..parents and foreigners who were living in the country.

Let us be brave and read Dallaire (2005) , pages 358;360-361;515 and 522.Let us Shake the Hands with the Devil like Romeo Dallaire did.

Dallaire reports:

About Paul Kagame :"There will be many sacrifices in the war, if the refugees (displaced persons ) have to be killed for the cause (???), they will be considered been part of the sacrifice". Dallaire (2005, p.358)

About Shelling from RPF: " I (Dallaire)could not absorbe the carnage. As an artillery officer , I had seen effects of explosions on all sorts of targets, but never could I have imagined the impact of such hits on human beings (.) Hundreds of peaople of all ages were crying and screaming". Dallaire (2005,p.360-361).

So he (dallaire) concluded sometimes: " Who exactly had been pulling his strings throught the campaign? I found myself thinking such dire thoughts as whether the campaign and genocide had been orchestred to clear the way for Rwandans's return to the pre-1959 status quo in which Tutsis had called all the shots."(french version, p.476?).

About kagame again:" (..) even (kagame) talked candidly with me at several points about their place his fellow Tutsis might have to pay for the cause (???)". Dallaire (2005,p.515)

SO WHY RWANDANS DO NOT LET FOREIGFNERS ALONE AND RESOLVE THEIR MATTERS THEMSELVES.
