Its sad when recording companies do not realize the responsabilities they owe to artists/ musicians. Contracts are not an all all binding glorification for recording companies to wave as a birthrights when the music in question is an old - zilizopendwa catalogue but a matter at hand for the few iiving band members and artists to earn of their inheritance with and not withstanding , let us not ignore ,copyright is the inherent rights of the band that created the sound. It is again a sad day when apparent "recording companies" find it difficult to deal with african artists and have no other consort but to resort to strong armed Insinuendos. Super mazembe deserves its rights
