The secretary of state for Environment of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Amilton Pereira da Silva arrived this Wednesday afternoon in Luanda to attend the meeting of ministers of the sector of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP), to happen on Thursday in Angola capital, Luanda.
