SECOND FRENCH COLONY HAVE NO INDEPENDENCE ON ECONOMY, POLITICS AND MILITARY, THATS WHY THE CFA, IS OWNED BY FRANCES AND THESE COUNTRIES HAVE TO PAY LEASE TO THE FRENCH OF 65 FRANCS FOR EVERY 100 FRANCS TRANSACTION. SOO, SOO A COUNTRY WITHOUT A CURRENCY, WITHOUT AN INDEPENDENT POLITICAL ESTABLISHMENT. WITHOUT ANY SENSE OF JUSTICES AND CREDIBILTY WHATS O EVER HOW CAN SUCH COUNTRIES HAVE A MONETARY UNION OR ITS JUST THEIR USUAL BLIND FOLD OF THE MASES THAT THE AFRICAN OLD FRENCH NEGROES AND THE WHITE BED MATES HAVE BEEN FEEDING THEIR MASSES OVER 50 YEARS, WHILE ASIA ZOOM TO THE 22 ND CENTURY.
