On our yesterday's edition we carried the bizarre story of the teacher who was alleged to have impregnated his student. The case, as shocking as it is, only reinforces calls for care and protection for the immensely vulnerable girl child.

It is painfully embarrassing and shameful that a teacher or anyone else could do this without marriage or the intent to marry. I cannot also believe that there is no legislation with regard to such matters. probably, those in even higher authority are a victim too.
It just remind me of what Bishop Johnson said in 2001 in the Voice newspaper in England that the level of sugadaddyness is so high that the government need to take immediate actions.
Are we going toward an immoral society while societies such as those in europe are trying to reverse the trend of excessive freedom.
Sad and very sad indeed!
