As the people of Equatorial Guinea continue to die from AIDS and other diseases, Agustin Velloso highlights the fact that the elite in power receive their medical care abroad. Spain, one of the country's more important trading partners, turns a blind eye to Equatorial Guinea's corrupt health-care industry.
Dear Sir,
No need for corrections on this issue. As far as I know the clinic you are talking about is a private one, not a public hospital for the general population. Only the few rich can afford to pay for treatments and medicines provided in this clinic.
You could add that the clinic you are talking about is a clinic established by wealthy Israelis in collaboration with some of the dictators' relatives, i.e, his wife and nieces. This adds to a much more odious relationship, that is to say, that of the bunch of Israelis who are training Obiang's police forces and selling arms to the dictatorial government, helping Obiang to repress, kill and imprinson his fellow citizens.
Nice cooperation indeed, which is typical of the "light into the nations", as some Israelis consider Israel, the aggressor of so many nations, trying to disguise the real nature of Israel.
