Botswana last week banned the export of bulk fuel to Zimbabwe, in a move seen as welcome regional pressure on Mugabe's regime, to respect the will of the people.
Well as a Motswana who is more connected to Zimbabweans by blood, i say 'hats off to Khama!'. This move is long overdue. It might appear to be a punishment to fellow Zimbabweans but tell you what, such measures are the ones that can be used by African leaders to force Mugabe to at least admit that he is old. Once again thank you Mr Khama
thumbs up to Botswana for putting some little pressure on our old horse altghough when the elephants clash its the grass that suffers he doesnt know how much a 5 litre petrol cost on the black market
well as amotswana born to a zim father and a motswana mother i cudnt help but see th deference in standards of living btween my equaly educated partenals and maternals. At least His excellence has taken the long awaited action.we know you for not being a baised leader and we trust you beyond the 10 years ahead of you in the highest office of our republic of botswana.
