You should be very careful in posting information related to Somaliland Republic. We have noticed with concern all the news on Somaliland come from Garowe online (which belongs to a rivival and arch-enemy of Somaliland - Puntlant). The situation of former Somalia is very difficult as it has integrated into three different areas, namely: Somaliland, Puntland and Central-South. Even though, Puntlant is claims to be still part of Somalia, it is engaged in a hostile confrontation with Somaliland including border skirmishes. Therefore, whatever news that comes from Garowe (Capital of Puntlant), Allafrica.com should take it with grain of salt and try to post neutral news.
