Why is the senate commitee trying to defend this lady when they know quite well that what she did was wrong. This might suffix the world to think about the kind of people running the government of the country The idea of "US,US" SHOULD BE STRICKEN OUT OF THE SENATE IF THEY ARE TO ACT AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.They cant be getting themselves into matters that should be solely dealt with by the judicial community, except they control the judicial community. Have they asked themselves why Mrs Obasanjo - Bello is in hiding? If she is really a law abiding senator, she should have gone to court , seek out bail and fight from outside to clear her name. But she is in hiding now and who will believe her that she was not involved in the scam.The senate comittee needs to know that as they are there to make laws, the whole public who put them there have confidence in them for them to be put there, if the public start loosing confidence in them due to actions taken by some of the unscrupulous members on matters relating to the security and stability of the country, then we are brewing anarchy for our selves hence the said collapse of Nigeria. NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW. NOT EVEN THE LEADERS OF POWERFUL COUNTRIES LIKE USA.
