In as much as the Nigeria police continue to use the draconian and obnoxious training manual designed by the British colonialism,which unfortunately the civilised Nigerian elite has been unable to identify the continuous damage such implementation of the content of the said manual has been inflicting to the lives and well being of innocent and defenceless Nigerians. Inpossible comparision is the fact that neither in Britain or USA could a policeman no matter the circumstance surrounding the nature of active operation warranting the use of maximum force from the power of bullet discharge from the mussle of a gun could just misguidedly shoot to death an innocent citizen and go sculd free,except in Nigeria where the police always make chicken of the lives of precious Nigerians and reduce them to total wastage. I call on the National house of assemby to embark on a revolutionary process to save the lives of innocent Nigerians from cotinuous wastage by the police,by effecting a complete ammendment of the Nigeria police training manual, to atleast elevate their functions and performance to a contemporary civilised policing.
