Norwegians are the most generous folks all around. I have the utmost respect for that.
What makes this a big deal is the following; if memory serves me well, Ethiopia expelled six of their diplomats for aiding 'Enemies of the State'. The fact that they gained their freedom from Sweden has made them the darling of all kind of separatist movments from Tamil to........ the former being one of the most ruthless in the History of mankind. The Tigers have proven to be formidable terrorists from perfecting sucide bombing to being the first rebel group to have its own 'air force', however rudimentary!
I hope this is a 'turnaround' in Norwegian policy towards Ethiopia and 'reapprooachment' with it. Truth be said, Our Nation needs all the support it can get in its effort to achieve sustainable economic development. Let us hope our ' Viking friends' will refrain from their nostalgic policy of supporting all those who asspire to secede.
