The Nigeria Senate has become a probing senate who has nothing to do more than probe the past government and contractors who got contract from the government. This is not bad as it only instigate fear in the mind of the so called contractors. What is the important of a probe without a prosecution? The so called contractors are watching what is going to happen to their friends who are been probe, and if there is no action after the probe, they are free to continue with what they are doing. I want to say here that the same mistake will be made by this administration just like the past administration if some rule and regulation are not put in place and how to implement those rules and implementation. Any country who that has a corrupt judiciary system will not be able to move forward and bring changes to the country. The first problem of Nigeria is the judiciary are corrupt, so criminals who go the money or godfathers can go through it and go free. The lawyers need to be re-educated mostly the so called SAN’s. If those that are rated with such high rating cannot deliver good and better services interpreting the law and implementing it as it should be, they don’t need to be called SAN. The second problem is, the companies or contractors are not qualified and has no experience in the areas in which they say they are expect. They know project plan, they can’t even write a blueprint , they cannot even provide a strategy on they want to carry out their project or contract. Most of them do not even have an idea of the implementation of the contract, The third problem is, they that sign the contract or give out the contract to their so called family, friend or kickback company. If such company is given a project, how do expect to get a good result from the company. Another problem is, the so called ministers, directors, or manager, do not even know what they are suppose to do or their task. The reason for this is lack of information, NIGERIANS ON TOP HATE INFORMATION, BUT LOVE WOMEN, for this reason, they don’t have time to seek information or read to improve on their knowledge, but you can always find them on their expensive cars with their PICK UP GIRLS IN THE NEXT HOTEL, and on Sunday see them in the CHURCH SITTING IN ELDERS CHAIR OR MINISTER’S CHAIR WITH ALL THEIR SINS PLAYING GOD SHOULD BLESS THE COUNTRY. How can God bless a people full of fornication and a nation where those that rules or leader are those that peritonise the prostitutes. We need decent people to rule that country, people who are open to information, willing to learn and to apply wisdom, and to understand they are in there for service to the people. KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY TO BEEN ABLE TO KNOW WHAT TO DO AND WISDOM IS THE KEY TO DESIGNING A PROCESS AND TO DECIDE ON WHAT IS RIGHT.
As usual, most of these Nigerian probes on contracts DELIBRATELY avoid reference to the contracts which SHOULD be binding on the contractors as well as the government indicating that contracts are being circumvented to cover up VERY IMPORTANT FACTS about the contract. By doing this, the probing committee can tell the world any garbage and take any contractually illegal decisions. This project was supposed to be completed, according to the contract in August 2007. WHAT ARE THE CIRCUSTANCES THAT CAUSED THE DELAY IN COMPLETION? With all the brains available in the country, why do we show the world through the action of few inept individuas that the country is still operating at a level of the world in the 10th century? It should be noted that this probing committee employed the services of a consultant which an improvement on the power probe committee which operated without any consultant where the senators who do not have any idea about single or combined power plant just make COMPKLETE BLIND DECISIONS on multibillion dollar projects. IT IS SICKNING!
