I have asked for this for many a month,great news,Telkom must know what it is doing to the country,ie the lower the retail broadband rate the higher the growth rate,naturally there is a con side,the price of other Telkom products will go up to compensate for the expected loss incurred,even so a little light at the end of a very long tunnel is better than none at all.
