First of all the U.S. has put their military personel in jail for war crimes and crimes against humanities in the middle east conflict. Why shouldn't he be held accountable? Their should be a no-win situation put in front of him. I'm sure the U.N. can do more than just sanctions. Why should they stand fast? This is the Twenty-first century, there should be no reason for people in power to get away with the abuses they do. There is no excuse for Genocide.
