Im the Daughter of Dr Bajinya . Im 12years old. I have always felt that this case has been a joke because none of it is true. My father has never done such a thing and he wouldn't even hurt a fly . My father fled the country as soon as they heard of a war now this has happened. My question is why now? It's been 14 years, why not 7 years ago ? Why him? He was a man who had a future ahead now it's all come crashing down !!!That what Kagame and The Rwandan Defence always wanted. N'ubundi hapfa abagabo nthapfa imbwa. The case has ruined mine and my family life, that is 2 years i will never get back from my childhood.

Thank you very much for the answers you gave to this journalist. I personally don’t know you and I have seen Dr. Bajinya a very few times in Rwanda (Kigali) where I was living too. I appreciate your statement where you say that for your husband change of name is a right not a way to hiding. I am surprised that a BBC journalist can ask such a strange (not to call it “stupid”) question about name changing. It is ridiculous. How many people change names in the UK a day? Dr. Bajinya has been living in UK for years before he changed his name. The Rwandan government did not allege him for wrong done during all those years. Why a right could change into a disguising issue?? How many people Tutsis and Hutus all together have changed names around the world and in the UK particularly?? Another point is that the Rwandan government should know that what happened to Rwanda will come up very soon and the real killers or genocidal planners and executors will be ashamed. I mean Kagame and his supporters. Of course many innocent sacrifices or martyrs have to suffer and die. Many families are paying the price for nothing. But the truth will come out one day. I have no doubt UK has many people with integrity who know the truth about what happened and what is happening in Rwanda and his justice system. They will fight tirelessly for the true justice and will never let a small group of politicians confuse the world.

Dear Mrs Bajinya Brown, i might now very hard time of your life as it is for many other Rwandan families whose relatives, father, mother, son, friends have been accused wrongly by Kagame regime in order to cover their atrocities and genocide preparation and execution. The history has shown us that oppressive regimes, dictatorial regimes have ended up falling down as the Berlin war. Even regimes which were much more armed, rich and supported than Kagame/RPF regime such as apartheid. The Rwandan tyranny will be terminated by men and women of courage, no tiredness united by the ideal of people, respect, democracy, freedom, justice. Those men and women might now be called people of genocidaire ideology by Kagame regime to try to silence, i am sure that their struggle will win for the benefit for all Rwandans and Great lakes region. Mandela and Arafat were once called terrorists and end up getting Peace Nobel Price.

Oh please! The case will be tried, each party will come with their arguments and testimonies and if the accusation's case does not stand the man will be acquitted. Simple. Happens all the time. Why does Kagame have to be behind every prosecution? So you think all those people found guilty of Tutsi genocide are poor innocents sacrificed for political reason? All judiciary errors in Arusha, in Brussels, in Rwanda? And how do you hope to convince anyone in his right mind that Kagame carried out the genocide??! Remember, the Interahamwe didn't bother hiding! RTLM recordings, images of weapons' distributions, lists of Tutsi,...you name it! All nice and documented, so proud were they of their "work"! What trick could you use to lay all of that down at his feet? He hypnotised all those people from the front where he was fighting, did he? And to think you've got supporters! As they say, "There's no worse blind than one who does not want to see". And there's never a shortage of people willing to take leave of all common sense!

I wonder why Rwandese poor innocent people are suffering and being killed in prison in Rwanda and others remaining jailed in Arusha under false pretext that they committed genocide while Kagame and his team , are well known to have planned and put in execution the genocide against the hutus and tutsis.

It is now known that, it is Kagame who planned what he called "genocide". I believe that those charged by International tribunal Arusha, will one day be released because they are falsey accused by wittness prepared by Kagame himself. Even KAMBANDA,was forced to accept that he had prepared massacre, because they corrupted him, by promising him that they would assist his family. This rwandese government and his supporters, let them cheat, but I know they will not keep on cheating for, it's not possible. You can lie today or tomorrow but not all days.The world is now learning the truth through kagame's lies. Kagame's supporters are very soon to hold him out.
