Well, at least some African's have the guts to stand up against Western countries' exploitation of our resources with the consent of our governments without any consideration of locals' interests and safety...This is not the best way, but it's A way...Of course, violence has never resolved anything but at least it wakes some of those people up!
Really it disturbs me alot after reading this page especially about the loss in nations economy because of pipe vandalization by the militants. To be honest i don't know the begining of this problem but i think that all the people involved in that case are not thinking lively. I ask is the loss more than their demand?which i know it is because the country loss millions of dollas everyday because of the vandalization.Pls let the Government give them scholar ship, free housing, electricity, pipe water and everything that will make life easy for them because they deserve it as the news say that 80% of the nations economy comes from there and it causes many damage on their lives.
Pls the nation should give them sound education because some times poverty contributes to all this mess and they deserve it.Create job opporturnity for them after their schooling so that they them selves will help the Government to develop their place too.
The millitant should at least give peace a chance, destruction of pipelines should not be a thing of pride, destruction has become a pride ,which just too shameful .
