I would like to pass my hearrt felt condolence message to the people of the Republic of Zambia for the great loss of His Excellency levy Mwanawasa a true stateman who had his people at heart.This also came as a big blow to the Sourthen African region and Africa in genaral as his democratic principls and rule of law attitude were to relive many suppressed african brothers and sisters in africa.

We the people of Zimbabwe were also looking upto him to help solve the crisses in our country as he was the fist SADC leader to openly critisice our presidence re-election and the only one who could face him tell Mugabe what he is doing is wrong as some leaders seem to fear him save for Ian Khama who is now the only one left with a great job to ingite the democratization flame in africa.

If only Southern Africa had more true leaders like yourself, who put the good of the many above the ambitions of the few..... The future of democracy in Southern Africa has lost a great champion, a man of principle, and an example to the other leaders of Southern Africa,, unlike Comrade Bob and his whore Mbeki.

Revolutionary leaders who brought freedom from colonial oppression have no God-given right to subjugate their people in the same way their colonial oppressors did (like ZANU-PF and the ANC have done after gaining power). President Mwanawasa saw this, and rightly argued that the mandate to govern comes only from the CONSENT of the people.

Some in the ANC recognize that, in the long run, their justification for remaining in power will come from the success of their present policies (and not the fight against colonialism) and their efforts to raise the living standards of their people. ZANU-PF never recognized this and their Marxist ideology caused them to believe that once they had obtained power, they could remain there indefinitely.

All of Africa is lessened by the loss of this man. I am saddened and so should we all........

Indeed Southern Africa region has lost a great leader. May President Mwanawasa's soul rest in peace and God give strength to his family and the people of Zambia in this troubled time. Zambia's lets unite and shame those who are rejoicing his death because they know of their wrong doing and think he was a threat to them.

Levy Patrick Mwanawasa SC has shown great leadership qualities and will be greatly missed. He brought hope to Zambian Economy and confidence to the investors at large. He brought accountability and transparence, which bit by bit was gaining momentum in all government and others. A man of law and hunter of corruption this has greatly reduced. He has managed to put Zambia back on the lost track worldwide. For the first time in long time we recorded bumper harvest in the passed few years this was only possible due to his able administration we stand out proudly and say again we have managed to DONATE food stuffs like Maize to our strangling neighboring countries like Zimbabwe.

As Zambians we will greatly miss his leadership services that he offered tirelessly in helping to building of this lovely nation Zambia. My prayer is that let our mourning be peaceful in honor of our great leader. We are known to be a peaceful country hence let us holds on to that even after!!! MY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE

Actually l have been standing up for children through the Jesuit fathers at Makumbe (Chinahamhora) amd Musami (Murehwa)missions. I do what l can do with my limited means. I am fully aware of the very difficult life of Zimbabweans , especially the old ambuyas, sekurus and young people who cannot understand why their once prosperous land has turned upside down.
