Ethiopia: Ministry Says BPR Helps It Modify 80 Percent of Operation

The Ministry of Transport and Communication (MoTC) disclosed that Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) has improved 80 percent of its operation helping the ministry obtain dramatic results.
