The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria has placed embargo on admission of fresh students into the Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Jalingo. Commissioner for Health, Mr. David Tikon who disclosed this at the foundation laying ceremony of the college's permanent, recently, said the embargo had in fact been on for three years.
