Honourable Sheriff Gomez, secretary of state for Youth and Sports, has urged the local organising committee (LOC) of North Bank Region for the 2008 biannual National Youth Conference and Festival to work extra hard to be sure of the successful implementation of this years youth gathering which is due to take place from 16th to 24th December.
