What really matter right now is, What is the present administration doing about this crisis? The Unity Party promised to inprove the living condition of the Liberian people when they took over, Have they? This is not Charles Taylor's problem anymore. You wrote Charles Taylor caused this problem. The question is with the support of whom? Remember the quote during the war? "IF IT TAKES TAYLOR TO FLATTEN MONROVIA WE WILL REBUID IT" This may not be the exact quote. but something very close to it. Do you know who made that remark. I rest my case.

I will suggest to the government three major locations for the improvement of sanitation in Monrovia. Frist- Bushrod Island communities of West point, New Kru Town and Duala. The should make plans for the construction of Community Toilet/Uriners and Bath houses in those places. They can also charge the community a very low fee, per month to up keep those facilities, and pay the janitors also.

Secondly the regions of Buzy Quarter and the rally town Markets.

Last but not the least, Water side community.

If they can built a reasonable amount of sanitary facilities in those most vunerable communities, and let the people pay a little to up keep them;10 dollars per adult, and $5.00 for children as in a usage fee monthly. This will definately cut down all the polution of that city by 50 percent. This is what developing countries are doing in Asia. We have far less population then most Asian nation.Why should Africa always be behind in everything? Lack of Vision!
