Former Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Dr Emmanuel Oko-Isu and the Deputy Vice Chancellor (academics) of the University of Nigeria (UNN) Nsukka, Professor Francis Idike have been appointed as the Pro-chancellor and Vice Chancellor respectively of the State University, EBSU, by Governor Martin Elechi.
