Slaughtering elephants is clear example of Zanu PF's view of how our economy should run. Zanu Pf will never make this country prosperous KUNYEBA CHAIKO. Beef cattle in commercial farms was slaughtered willy nilly with no idea of how to re-stock. Now they are after wild animals with no due regard to the future of animals in Zimbabwe. Wild life has been part of our national heritage but with Zanu PF because of its ill concieved policies the country will be barren very soon. Zanu PF is indeed a disaster in Zimbabwe.

Like everything else that has been destroyed, cattle have been exhausted in Zimbabwe it seems. Those elephants were slaughtered not to feed hungry children but to feed undeserving greedy Zanu-pf monsters and if it continues, the elephants will be extinct as they are already an endangered specie. This is what you get for being greedy morons. You take the land for your selfish and greedy reasons when you do not know how to farm and know zilch about animal husbandry. With Mugabe's quest to continue destroying Zimbabwe, one by one every living creature will be consumed as the people will have no choice for lack of food. I would rather eat snails in France, they are delicious. Dog in China is a traditional meal (more so in Korea). Blood sausage has it's merits - in Europe. I've never seen cat in Europe, but maybe it's so since you say it is. I've never had horse in Australia, but Kangaroo is delicious (and they're EVERYWHERE), I'm told you can still get horse in parts of France. Incects? I draw the line there...........

I've no problem with game, but I do have a problem with a country's slaughtering it's patrimony for sustanence. Snails, Dog, Cat, Kangaroo, et al are NOT close to being endangered!

For one to eat potentially endangered species is inexcuseable. To be forced to eat such game because of the malfeasance of a government is reprehensible!

It is precisely because of the incompetence of the present government (small G) of Zimbabwe under the guidance of ZANU-PF/Mugabe that the people of Zimbabwe will eat ANYTHING!
