The SOUPIST STRUCTURE is comprehensive and corrosive; it structures every interaction in which it is operative.
The legal profession cannot, therefore, escape its reach: no institution, not to mention personalities therein, is immune from the toxic mojo of the SOUPIST STRUCTURE.
Accordingly, the following institutions are regimented by the SOUPIST STRUCTURE: THE EXECUTIVE, THE LEGISLATURE, THE JUDICIARY, and, manifestly, THE PRESS, which is the most jocular corruption enabler in soupist Sierra Leone.
What a mess!
Sadly, no one, not even "God," can "reshuffle" a soupist cabinet to serve a non-existent 'national interest', for the soupist vermin is, absent radical surgery, inerradicable.
What a mess, deuce!
And, there appears to be closure to this "bad joke."
What a mess, ace!
Hopefully, Abdul Serry-Kemal will be replaced as Minister of Justice and Attorney-General. We all know there’s a great deal of corruption in the legal profession in Sierra Leone. But it is very sad that lawyers like Serry Kemal and Mohamed Pa-Momo Fofanah collaborate with tenants to ruin the reputation of the legal profession further. Mohamed Pa-Momo Fofanah’s role in cases involving him drawing up fake Deeds transferring properties to tenants, tragically presenting these bogus documents to be registered and notoriously presenting them in court is incredible. This undeniably brings the profession into disrepute.
It is shocking and disturbing that the Bar Association, as would be expected, takes no action or speaks out about this type of unprofessional conduct by one of their number but jump to defend someone obviously caught by the Ant-Corruption Commission investigators accepting a bribe in court premises in the performance of his public duties. This is a bad joke.
