Farmers who are beneficiaries of the Katine Project - which is a joint
rural development initiative between the Guardian Newspaper and African NGO
Amref in the Teso region of Uganda - have been struggling to reap a
sufficient harvest to feed their families and there is growing concern that
should the rains continue to be erratic rains continue then drought is
imminent.
