Aarhus — Angola's ladies handball team was Tuesday defeated 24-32 by Denmark, at an international tournament being held in that European country, ANGOP learnt.
By the half time, the African titleholders were already behind by 10-14.
Ilda Bengue was the best scorer with 13 goals.
Teams of Russia and a Danish first league club are also taking part at the tourney, due to Norway's desistance.
The competition is set to end on March 29.
