Angola: Huambo - INAC Reports Cases of Violence Against Children

Huambo
The provincial management of the National Institute of Children (INAC) registered from January to June of this year, in Huambo province, seven cases of violence against children, said an official source.
The head of provincial management of INAC, Júlia Katinda, says that those cases include sexual violence, burning and physical abuse against children, whose ages vary from three to 14-year old.
For Júlia Katinda, this figure corresponds only to the cases registered by her management, having admitted other cases out of control of her institution, as many people file their complaints to the Provincial Management of Family and Woman Promotion.
