THE Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) Biennial Congress earlier scheduled for Monday, July 14, 2008, will now hold on Monday, July 28, at the same venue, the Airport Hotel Ikeja.

Also postponed is the inauguration of the Prince Tony Momoh Election Committee scheduled for Tuesday. It will now hold on Monday, July 21, at the NGE office at Iganmu.

The postponement of the congress is necessitated by the need to make adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the congress which is expected to attract more than 300 editors from all over the country.

As a result of the huge logistics required for the Biennial Congress, the secretariat after due consultation with members of the Standing Committee agreed that the congress be postponed to Monday, July 28.
