As preparations for the much awaited TINAPA Invitational football fiesta hots up, the Managing Director of TINAPA Leisures and Business Resort, Mr Bassey Edem has promised Nigerians a special treat.

Edem said the two-day tournament which pitches Nigerian champions, Kano Pillars and English Premier League side Portsmouth in the event opener on Saturday to be followed by another block-buster fixture between European champions Manchester United and Portsmouth on Sunday would not only be historic, but also a fun-filled fiesta.

"There are just two matches but this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for football fans in the country, particularly for those fans of Manchester United and Portsmouth. We all know that Man U have a large fan base in Nigeria but Portsmouth equally have same because of the presence of Nige-ria's Super Eagles top stars, Kanu Nwankwo and John Utaka", he said.

"For football fans to really obtain value for their money, we have lined up top names in Nigeria's music Industry who will jam before and after the matches. This is a special treat which we have promised Nigerian fans".
