Angola's Urbanism and Environment Minister, Sita José, on Friday left for the coastal Kwanza-Sul province, where he will debate with the local authorities matters relating to territory organisation there, Angop has learnt.

Sita José told Angop that one of the goals of his visit there is to find out about land plots reserved for social houses projects, one of the Angolan Government priorities.

"All this work is being done through the National Institute of Territory Organisation and aims at holding the diagnosis on the Kwanza-Sul potentialities in the domains of agriculture, tourism and industry", he said.

One of the greatest strategies of the territory organisation is to decongesting Luanda, by creating conditions out of the capital city.
