Luanda — The Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, has already put his vote in the ballot box, thus kicking off the voting process taking place in the whole country.
José Eduardo dos Santos voted in the polling station number 0401070, located in Cidade Alta ward, in Ingombota Municipality (Luanda Province), followed by his wife, First Lady Ana Paula dos Santos.
