Luanda — The Angolan National Assembly (Parliament) opened Wednesday in Luanda the first legislative year of the 2009/2012 period.
The session will be marked by speeches by the House speaker, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, and the heads of political parties' parliamentary groups, namely MPLA, UNITA, PRS, FNLA and ND.
