Road accidents have been identified as the leading cause of deaths globally. Deputy managing director of Associated Bus Transport Company (ABC), Mr. Jude Nneji, who said this at the 13th anniversary of the company, said 90 per cent of fatal accidents occur in low and middle income countries such as Nigeria, which has only 20 per cent of the worlds' registered vehicles.
