GE Records Progress on Energy and Health Projects in Ghana

Ghana 1000's Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) will have additional capacity to allow other power generators to shift from liquid fuels to LNG for power generation, which could save Ghana up to $1Bn per year. General Electric (NYSE: GE) and Endeavor Energy (Endeavor)--and their consortium partners Eranove and Sage Petroleumare--are co-leaders of the Ghana 1000 project. GE is also making good on its commitment to improve Ghana's Healthcare sector.
