Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), the leading infrastructure solutions provider in Africa, and Brahms Oil Refineries Limited have agreed to the development and subsequent financing of a petroleum storage and associated refinery project in Kamsar, Guinea. Through this joint development, AFC will invest in the project development workstreams that should ensure the Project reaches financial close in 2020. Read more.

Brahms Oil Refineries and Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), as Financial Adviser, will co-develop the Petroleum Refining and Storage Infrastructure Project to be located in Kamsar, Guinea-Conakry.
